1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Winzy, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Winzy. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are created using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and activity performed under it.

4. Gameplay & Rewards

Winzy allows users to play games, earn points, and redeem rewards when redemption options are available.

• Points have no guaranteed monetary value
• Rewards may change, expire, or be discontinued
• Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination

5. Fair Usage

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, or exploits
• Manipulate points or rewards
• Abuse advertisements or referral systems
• Violate any applicable laws

6. Advertisements

Winzy displays ads via Google AdMob. Viewing ads may be required for earning certain in-game benefits.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may also request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Winzy is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss, reward availability, or interruptions caused by technical issues.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised Terms.
